Can I add my trading name to Kudocs, as well as my official entity name?  Yes – it’s very easy to add a trading name to Kudocs.  You can do this on the Company Dashboard page:

 

Can I add notes to my company?  Yes – it’s very easy to add notes to a company that is in a portfolio in Kudocs (ie this is not available for card customers).  You can add notes as part of the onboarding process or at any time on the Company Dashboard:

 

Can I add UTR, VAT and PAYE references to Kudocs? Yes you can.  Although these are not ‘pure’ company secretarial bits of information, it is often useful to have your VAT number, Pay As You Earn and Unique Tac Reference to hand.  So why not add them to Kudocs?
